We love beginners and experienced students alike, so if you’ve never been on a yoga mat in your life or you're an advanced yogi ready to fly, you can find a comfortable space at Evolution Empowerment Center.

Our classes are held in person or on our rooftop oasis (weather permitting)

Slow Flow Yoga: Unwind and rejuvenate with a gentle Vinyasa practice. Slow Flow classes offer a slower pace and longer holds in postures, making it accessible for all levels and promoting deep relaxation.
