From the last trimester of being in the womb through the age of seven, humans are in a brainwave called theta. During this phase the human mind is open to suggestions. There is no conscious ability to make rational sense of things. There is no filtration system, therefore everything that goes in is non-negotiable and programs into the subconscious mind. God or biology designed us this way because we have billions of bits of information to learn to be functional adults.If we were to learn it with our conscious thinking mind, it would take several lifetimes. The first time a child learns to walk there is an instant download for a walking app. These apps stay with you forever. During theta we also download apps for our beliefs, our personalities, and our characteristics. By the age of seven our personalities are almost completely formed. But since there is no conscious filtration system, we can't chose what goes in and what gets booted out. Sometimes we inadvertently download false beliefs.
Essentially, who we are as adults is not a conscious choice but rather a collection of programs imposed on us as children.

When we think detox, we think of a physical experience, but our minds need to be cleansed of the impurities we encounter and absorb, just as much as out bodies do! Cleanse the negativity and clear a path for new positive emotions, habits and behaviors. Includes 10-weeks of Hypnotherapy, weekly check-ins and meditation recordings.

Cleanse the negativity and clear a path for new positive emotions, habits and behaviors. Oftentimes, Hypnotherapy was sold as one and done approach to treatment. Based on a more therapeutic understanding of human behavior, we have found that taking a layered approach has demonstrated more long-term results and has been a much more gentle approach to removing blocks from the unconscious mind. Furthermore, removing negative programming is not the only goal. In our detox program we utilize the sessions to re-program and input more healthy and resourceful programs to replace the old unwanted programming. During the consultation, a treatment plan is created to identify the obvious goals as well as identifying the more subtle underlying beliefs that often drive the symptoms.

Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET)

People used to think the mind and body were separate and that emotions were a product of the brain only. However, science has shown that other parts of the body can hold or generate emotional charges as well. If you’re in a weakened state due to factors such as stress, illness, toxicity or physical trauma, everyday emotional responses may not fully resolve, as they naturally should.
Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) is based on the concept that unresolved emotional trauma is stored in the body. Emotions such as excessive, unresolved anger, grief and fear may long affect us even after we have forgotten the event that caused them. Since our emotional reality dramatically affects our health, using NET to identify these negatively charged emotions (Neuro-Emotional Complexes) and releasing them can normalize abnormal physical and behavioral patterns.
NET is safe and effective, and is a natural way to resolve long-standing health problems by resolving the emotional components that accompany the physical symptoms. NET practitioners can find unresolved, negatively charged emotional responses that are stored in your body and help you release them. NET practitioners are nearly unlimited in their ability to address physical and behavioral stress-related conditions.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) is an approach to communication, personal development and psychotherapy, focused on the connection between neurological processes, language and behavioral patterns learned through experience, and the idea that these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life. Neuro refers to your neurology,  linguistic refers to language and programming refers to how that neural language functions, ultimately encompassing the language of your own mind! Through the practice of such programming, the conscious mind is the goal setter, and the subconscious mind is the goal getter. Your subconscious mind is not out to get you–rather, it’s out TO GET FOR YOU whatever you want in life. Hypnotherapy FAQ

 Am I asleep?

  • No, clients are actually in the phase between awake and asleep. You will hear everything that is said and tune out all other environmental distractions. The body is extremely relaxed and the mind actually hyper-focused on the therapist's words.

Can you make me do something I don’t want to do?

  • No, the subconscious mind will only accept information that resonates with the client. If you hate brussels sprouts I cannot make you like them no matter what I say or do. 

What if I uncover something scary?

  • In four years of doing hypnotherapy I have yet to come across a situation in which the client uncovers something traumatic or scary. On the contrary, most of the time the memory that comes up is very simple and benign. The subconscious is not searching for the worst memory, but rather the first memory you have of a negative feeling.

What if I don’t wake up?

  • You are not asleep in order to wake up. The only way you won’t wake up is if you are having so much fun in trance that you want to stay there for a little longer and then I will just nudge you.

Can I be hypnotized?

  • Hypnosis is a very natural state to be in. We are in hypnosis 95% of the day. We walk in hypnosis, eat in hypnosis and drive in hypnosis. Hypnosis is doing things on autopilot.  Daydreaming is hypnosis. When you go into that state you are a willing participant therefore it is not my job to try to conquer you. If you want it, it will happen 100% of the time.

Do I qualify for hypnotherapy?

  • Asking if you qualify for hypnosis is like asking if you qualify to work out or eat healthy. It is simply cleansing your mind and using it in the most positive and resourceful ways. WE ALL “QUALIFY” FOR THINKING AND FEELING OUR BEST!

Is it safe?

  • I am amazed by this question as I see people who are so comfortable with taking medication with 2 million side effects without question. Hypnosis is guided meditation. So if you think meditation is safe, then you know that hypnotherapy is safe; the safest thing you can do!
